Web lyt tutorial
This is kinda old, so if you have questions just comment. Oh and this is for PSP, but if you good with photoshop you can do it on there to.1. you open up a new blank image. [the size you want it to be]
2.fill in in with the flood fill tool[paint bucket]. i prefer grey.
3.make a new raster layer {layers>new raster layer}
4.now you need a brush click here and cut out the bottum flower brush. [to do so: get the little cut out tool by clicking it>then at the top of the page on the top tool bar press "point to point" and cute out the flower. copy in and paste it on psp anywhere[not on a document] so right click>paste as new image.
now you cut out the flower[take away the stem so you just have the flower]copy the flower and paste it as a new image.
now converting it to a brush: get your magic wand tool and press in the white area around the flower. it will add the squiggly lines. then go to selections>invert selections
now press your brush tool, it looks like a paint brush. then at the top tool bar you will see a drop down menu with all your brushes. click that and in the bottom right corner there is a button with squiggly lines around it click that and name your brush.
5.make a new raster layer and you add 3 brushes position them like this
6.go to effects>3D effects>drop shadow. click
7.now get your sitemodel image.and your going to resize it so the height is 400 pixels. to do this go to image>resize>and put in the height 400pixels **make sure the preserve aspect ratio box is clicked**
8.now you will go to these boxes in the right corner and click the top one

9.Now it gets a little tricky. first make this into a brush
now what you do is go anywhere on your image and click around so her face shows like soclick

11.make a new raster layer and drag it below your the flowers
12.make this into a brush

14.click for step ^^get the splats and such from lovelyts.net or swimchick.net
15.make into a brush
16.click for step
17.make into a brush
18.position the brush like soclick
19.now we add a color orb. create a new raster layer the go to your brushes and set them like this the image shows rest of steps
20. ok so this is kinda tricky. go to layers>merge all flatten then follor that step --> press for step the press undo until your layers come back
21.paste as new image on paint shop pro [just click on PSP somewhere in the grey and press paste as new image]
22.now make the new image you copied go into the box like i showed you for the girl click
23.make this into a brush 24.click for step *make on a new layer!*
25.click for step
26.click for step
27.now repeat step 9 on a new raster layer click
28.click for step
29.now add another color orb click
30.now add flower brushes behind her. you will have to make a new raster layer and drag it below her.add a drop shadow also click
31.make a new raster layer and drag it below the flowers and do this
32.click
33.now your going to go down to you last layer[the grey] and use the square marquee tool thing to make your sections. put the feather on 3 [feather is at top].
make a section and fill it will white. then make the other. your going to start from the top of your web layout to the bottom click
34.fill any white areas that may show up with brushes and things
35.violaa!-mine was a little big, but you can make yours smallerr. this tutorial is kinda old sorry that the web layout isnt that great
